A Realtor since 1977, Lavern’s
professionalism and dedication are immediately apparent.
Through her education, integrity and experience, she has
earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
designation and is a graduate of the REALTORS Institute
(GRI).
Her expertise in listing and selling has
earned her frequent industry recognition, including
eight Bronze Eagle International awards and membership
in the Coldwell Banker President’s Elite & Circle Club
for the past 20 years. Lavern is a lifetime member of
the Multi-Million Dollar Club and has earned production
awards from the Franklin County Board of Realtors and
the St. Louis County Board of Realtors.
Lavern is a member of the Owensville
Chamber of Commerce and the Gasconade County Bible
Society. She also is a lifetime member of the
Gasconade County Historical Society.
